I haven't met a kiddo that I can't coax into at least a few photos of them actually looking toward the photos.  Some are just a little more elusive than others.  In extreme cases, and with a fair warning from Mom that we would have to work around some serious shyness, fruit snack bribes are a necessity.  Luckily, they totally worked too :)

I have been participating in the OpLove program for quite some time now and Miss Sarah's family is the very first Navy family that I've had the pleasure of photographing!  I guess that's not exactly shocking since we live in a land locked state :D  It was kinda nice seeing a different color of camo though ;)

The Johnsons

One of the fun things about being a photographer is observing family dynamics, watching children grow, and even watching families grow in number. In Sam and Sarah's case, their family grew in size much more than most! They first added Caige to their family a few years ago. This year, they added 5 more to their clan! I couldn't resist a "before and after" teaser for them.

Needles to say, our session was very quick since it's hard enough to keep even a small family's focus for very long. Everyone did great and they all survived the park and white shirts. Maybe we'll do it again soon so that I can keep up with our modern day Brady Bunch (ya know, after Mom and Dad decide they can handle it again)!
