OpLove: Jazmine

I was so looking forward to a gorgeous sunny 70 something degree day for Jazmine and Travis' OpLove shoot. In true Oklahoma fashion though, we were dealt a very chilly 30 something degree, very overcast morning. We busted a move though and worked it out so that this sweet couple could have a couple images together, pre deployment!

Childhood is a short season.

Srsly, do little boys get any cuter than this? I just love little Donovan, he's becoming such a little man! I can't believe how fast he's growing. He's already 9 months old. I'm definitely looking forward to capturing him (and his sister, who's taught him how to hide from the camera) as they continue to grow :)

I was excited to get a message from Shawn about doing engagement photos. We went to school together and I hadn't seen him (outside of good ol' Facebook) in quite some time. He's found the sweetest girl to call his own and I am so happy for them! Congratulations, guys!!

Little children, headache; big children, heartache.

It's hard to believe that my "niece" is technically a teenager. She just turned 13 and I think my heart broke a tiny bit. I've known her mom since we were her age. It's scary to think of all that we did when we were her age and now it's her turn! *sigh*
